I purchased this fabric at Jo-Ann's and had coupons for both pieces. I think everything all together (fabric, piping, thread) ended up being around $14. Lately a lot of my sewing projects have been way more inexpensive than that. For me a lot of the reason behind my sewing projects is desire to sew. :) However, I just bought two dresses for my daughter at a thrift shop for $1.99 each. So I do a little of all three: sewing, purchasing from clearance, and thrift/yard sales.Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16139188188043795169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16258808.post-89750993016798706812011-06-28T21:51:58.849-04:002011-06-28T21:51:58.849-04:00That is adorable! I see some darling baby/toddler clothes in Kohls and they're often on sale and then with the extra discount it seems you can't sew for that cheap! Not to mention the thrift stores. Or is it that you just love to sew and want to create your own fashions? Or can't find what you want in the stores?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16258808.post-74120366141178174442011-06-28T16:24:46.684-04:002011-06-28T16:24:46.684-04:00Awww, thanks, Ashley! :)Awww, thanks, Ashley! :)Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16139188188043795169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16258808.post-44308351246003214462011-06-28T12:03:31.382-04:002011-06-28T12:03:31.382-04:00I just can't get over the utter cuteness of th...I just can't get over the utter cuteness of this dress!Ashley Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08148566271312646584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16258808.post-60838600838723869332011-06-28T10:35:23.483-04:002011-06-28T10:35:23.483-04:00Yes!
