I just got back home from taking all this:
to a thrift store.
That's eight kitchen trash bags, a box and a few larger items that were donated. I had a small pile waiting for my attention in the basement, but then I starting digging through drawers, closets, cabinets, etc. and came up with much more. It feels so good to get rid of things I don't have a need for any longer!
Tammy that is fantastic!! I love that feeling of getting rid of stuff just taking up space.
ReplyDeleteAwesome, awesome, awesome!!

Great job! I just took a lot of trash to the dump but there is still a lot of things I need to take to a thrift store as well.
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling! It's that time of year.
ReplyDeleteYou have accomplished what is on my schedule for the coming week. Can't wait for that feeling of less clutter!
ReplyDeleteWow Tammy, you sure worked hard I see!!! Are your shoulders lighter now that you got rid of all that? I noticed that a year ago when I literally threw out about half of our stuff before moving here! LOL Now I am much more careful and choosy about what we bring in now that we have learned this. I bet someone else will be blessed by being able to get these things much more inexpensively, too.

It does feel so good to de-clutter! I think it must be in the air, spring cleaning that is, because I have been organizing too!
ReplyDeleteI love to declutter and haul out!!! :)
ReplyDeleteA week later, and I'm still feeling excited about the stuff I hauled out! =) Yes, Jenn, my shoulders do feel lighter!
