~Cookie scoop, how I love thee!!!~

I recently baked a batch of cookies, and used my Pampered Chef cookie scoop to place the cookies on the tray. Wow, what fun! *Grin* All the cookies are *gasp* the same size! And I didn't have to get my hands in the dough!

Here is the recipe for the cookies I made:

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies


2 sticks butter, room temperature
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the above ingredients together, then stir in:
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir thoroughly, then add:
1 - 12 oz. package chocolate chips
1 - 12 oz. package milk chocolate chips

Using your cookie scoop drop the dough on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350ยบ for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

  2. I was JUST wondering about cookie scoops this week!! I made some old-fashioned oatmeal cookies and thought it would be nice for them to all be uniform in size. Hmmm... I may have to find a Pampered Chef representative around here!
