Tammy, I'm pretty sure I know who the page turner is. He's Todd Friel from Way of the Master Radio. We know of him because of our ministry. I have an e-mail into him, awaiting confirmation, but it looks and sounds like him (he's a little older now ;-)
My hubby is a big fan of Victor Borge. We have several videos of his antics. ;)

lol We were just 'introduced' to Victor Borge this year. We had never heard of him then we were loaned one of his videos. How hilarious he is!
