So I'm not blogging right now, but I can't help but keep a log of my canning and food preservation!




Jam and Jelly:
Grape Jelly (made from bottled juice) - 5 8-oz.
Strawberry Jam - 10 8-oz.
Blueberry Jam - 2 8-oz.

Fruit:
Spiced Peach Slices - 8 pints

Tomatoes:
Plain tomatoes - 7 quarts, 8 pints
Tomato-chipotle salsa - 11 pints
Spicy tomato salsa - 10 pints

Pickles:
Dill Spears - 6 pints
Bread and Butter - 5 pints


Jar Total: 67

Freezer:
Peach jam/sauce - 2 8-oz.
