~FO: Monkey Socks~

I really love these socks! They were a fun knit. I will definitely make these again!

I was standing in the leaves from this tree:

The leaves are in our yard, the tree is in our neighbor's yard. LOL

Very nice! Great job. So glad you weren't running around your neighbor's yard in your socks ;). The tree is beautiful!

Whoo hoo! Congratulations on finishing the socks. I wish I had a pair like that to keep my toesies warm. :)

I am in awe! ;) Since I don't know how to knit, it seems to me that a pair of socks would be the hardest thing to do. Yours are beautifully knitted!

Such Talent ! The socks look great and I couldn't do something like that. I can crochet a hat and scarf but socks are out of the question.

Oh wow, I love those, you did such a great job.
Love the fall colors on the trees, is there a prettier time of year?

Fabulous! And, you have spurred me on to take the plunge into sock-knitting myself. I ordered some sock yarn today, and now I'm axiously awaiting it's arrival so I can begin my own pair of socks, although I will choose a simpler pattern than the monkey socks, until I have more experience.

Beautiful socks! I want to do Silver's Sock knitting class one more time before I attempt a sock pattern on my own. When I do, the Monkey socks will definitely be on my list.

Oh your socks are so cute! I wish I could knit socks or a hat or something. The only thing I can knit is a scarf, and I don't even know how to use two kinds of yarn to make stipes or something!

Thanks for all the comments!

Anon--I doubt that I'll ever be knitting socks for my etsy shop. Just too much work!

Mrs. H--I'm excited for you! I hope your socks come out well for you!
