By the time babies get to size 18 months (and some 12 month sizes) the dresses don't always come with bloomers. But it is still nice to have something to cover the diaper. I thought I'd make a pair in white so that they would go with everything.
I love how they turned out but I think I'll also make a plain pair so that if I don't want the lace showing under the dress, I'll have something simple.

OOOH!! I LOVE these!! I just bought some similar to this online for Elizabeth and paid TOO MUCH for them. They are down to her knees and CUTE and I can't wait to get them!!!!
Is this a super hard pattern? This is me asking who can sew a straight line okay, but I get super nervous doing it!! LOL!! Too hard for me??

That's a great idea! I'm always bummed when the dresses don't come with bloomers. I oftentimes swipe bloomers from another dress, but then the colors usually don't match. Those would be perfect!
