The winds and rain storms have succeeded in getting most of the leaves off the trees and onto the ground. While this leaf isn't an astounding color, I thought it was a pretty shape. I spotted it while out on a {very cold} walk today.
sigh. I love autumn leaves. But the most color we get down here are from cypress trees (I think that's right). But no leaves, more like a lacy kind of pine tree.
