~Shop Notes~

Hello, 2011!

I celebrated by going for a long walk. My ears were nice and warm thanks to my new earwarmer:

Now I need to knit a nosewarmer and I'll be all set for my cold weather walks. ;-)

There's one in my shop as well:

And a little pair of socks:

I have several new ideas for my shop, that I am really excited about! I hope to be adding items to my shop on a regular basis, so stay tuned. :-)

What a cute earwarmer! That looks so fun to wear. I haven't looked on your blog for a long time. I had Aunt Joyce bring some soap to make some laundry detergent, but haven't gotten much farther than that. Hmmm. . .

I'm going to have to check out the store. I've been enjoying your blog.

Thank you Aunt Jeannie! :-) You'll have to try that soap, it really doesn't take much time at all!

Pamela, thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment!

Those are so cute. You did a great job there. I made myself a few headbands knitting some and crocheting some. I crochted myself a hat and my mom one too...

I love the headbands! They are so "in" right now that I'm surprised I haven't seen more winter ones out and about. Yours are the first I've seen and I'm oh so tempted to hit up your Etsy store for one!

Cheryl, thank you. :) Have fun with your projects!

Ashley, you're more than welcome to hit my shop up. ;-) I don't plan on wearing the head wrap to church but I warn you in advance that I will be wearing the purple flower headband to church. LOL

I love how this looks on you! It would be a great project that seems "do-able" and not so overwhelming. Thanks for sharing.

Haha good to know Tammy. I actually don't do headbands as a rule. I think my head must be shaped oddly because they surely don't look as nice on me as they do on you!

Well, I guess everyone's head is shaped differently...I can't wear adult sized headbands! They are too long for me. For my wedding, my grandma made my veil and attached it to a child-sized headband that she covered for me. LOL
