We embarked on our remodeling project last night. I say "we" in the very loosest of terms, because "I" didn't do anything at all related to the project last night! :-) So now our living room and dining room are devoid of woodwork. The middle doorway is devoid of its plaster as well. We (there I go again...) are making the doorway a little narrower, so that the two rooms are more defined.
I'll have to post pictures later on today. I'm just so excited that the project has begun! It's a big, big mess now! Dust everywhere! But the mess will be worth it, to have nice walls, floors, and woodwork!

I think remodeling (and even just plain old painting!!) is SO much fun! Mr. U, however, does not share in my excitement! LOL!!

Tammy, "we" put down hardwood floors back in the spring and "we" made shudders for our bedroom and "we" refaced our bedroom furniture. Isn't it great to have someone help us in our projects??? LOL
