Most calendars say that spring begins on Wednesday the 21st this year. This is the first year I've heard of spring starting in the evening on a certain day. I'm sure it's all scientific and everything, so I'm not doubting it. It's probably been this way for ages? Or did "they" (whoever that would be! LOL) just start this up?
Well, anyway, spring will start sometime this evening for you. For me, it's 8:07.
Now, if only we'll get spring weather! That would be glorious!

woot, right in the middle of piano lessons! I will have to cue up some Vivaldi to play "Spring" from the Four Seasons during that lesson!!
After all, we celebrated Pi Day last week during lessons, why not the arrival of spring?
8:07 for us too.....
It got up to 74 F in N. GA today! It was great to open the windows and let the nice breeze blow through the house.

At 4:31 PM it is 32 degrees.But the sun is shining.
I will be happy when spring gets here,but I listen to forcaster say 50's but thunderstorms. I guess we have to take what we get and know it will change in short order.
It was such a BEAUTIFUL day here in NC! Going to be a LITTLE cooler tomorrow but still suppose to be nice.
We have had a beautiful day today. In my part of Texas it means the long HOT VERY HOT summer is soon here.
