~WIP Wednesday~

I have one square done for my afghan:

I'm calling it "My Sock Afghan". I blocked it this morning. Now on to the rest of the sock yarn I have! *Grin*

My cabled scarf is 99.9% finished. I just need to weave in the ends and lightly block it. I'll post a picture when I get that done.

And my ripple afghan is coming right along. I think I have enough yarn left for four more stripes. We'll see! That should be finished shortly!

Are you using leftover sock yarn for the afghan? I love the color of your first block, by the way.

Thank you! :) Mrs. H, I am using sock yarn left over from socks I've made (and will make!) This project will take a while to finish, just something I can pick up every once in a while!

I like that idea, and I'm working on something similar with my leftover dishcloth yarn. I'm making a log cabin blanket with anything left over from making dishcloths, because it's all cotton and all the same gauge. I love having a project to use my leftovers on.

I'll bet your afghan will be super-soft and gorgeous.
