~A little update~

(Image source) My little girl decided that an aquamarine would be a better birth stone than the amethyst. Though, if *I* were picking, I would have picked February's birth stone over March's birth stone! After all, it would have been nice to have her by her due date! But my little one is still quite cozy where she is and hasn't shown any inclination that she is coming into the world any time soon!

In the mean time, I am recovering from a very bad cough and cold, so perhaps it is better that she decided to wait a bit anyhow! There is an end in sight, as my doctor won't let me go too much longer!

Tammy, The last few days seem so long but God and that little girl know the right time. I have you in my thoughts and prayers.

How exciting! My little girl decided to hold out past her due date too, and my DR decided to take her via C-section, and I had Maribeth Rose on Sunday, February 22,2009.

I had gestational diabetes and they were afraid she would get too big. She was a perfect 8lbs 13.8oz ;).

Can't wait to hear you have had your precious daughter that you have waited so long for. The Lord truly is good!

Oh, I was hoping no posts the past few days meant you were in the midst of new mommy land! LOL!

Amethysts are pretty, but as a March birthday girl myself I do like the aquamarine.

Hang in there! :-)

I was overdue a couple times too, Tammy, I remember the anticipation well! Praying for you!

My first was overdue, and the four that followed her were all around two weeks early. Do something special with your hubby to celebrate your last few days with just the two of you together, before the celebration begins for your new family.

My first daughter was late and she was born on my 30th birthday! I am so glad she was late. The best gift ever! Pamper yourself and rest. Please keep us all posted. I know all your regulars are praying for you, your husband and your baby girl! Keep your eyes focused on Jesus.
