~Vitameatavegamin~

One of the things to accomplish on my 101 list was to take vitamins for one month. I have never faithfully taken vitamins, and I know that my health would benefit from regularly taking them!

In August or so, I bought vitamins. And they sat in my cupboard! Well, sometime last month, I decided that I was going to start taking them. It's been a month now, so I can cross it off my list. I do believe it's developed into a habit! I put them in the glass cupboard, and remember to take them sometime in the evening.

And no, they aren't intoxicating. ;-) They're just plain old vitamins!

Tammy, What a great idea to put the vitamins in the glass cabinet. I've never thought about doing that and I am afraid I am terribly bad about not taking them. Thanks for the tip.

Also, we have that Lucille Ball barbie. She's my favorite. LOL

Hi there! I am going to create my own list. And the first thing on my list is to create a list...hehehehe
I did the same thing with my viatmins and guess what?!?!? they expired before I could start taking them.

I'm off and on again about vitamins myself. Lately, since I have to take some prescription pill right now, I've been remembering again. I'm making sure John gets them too. This morning he took them without me saying anything! yea!

I'm awful at remembering to take my vitamins. . . I have to include it on my pre-printed daily checklist. (Along with reminding myself to drink a certain number of glasses of water.)

Tammy, did you notice if the vitamins made you feel better?

I love Lucy too. ;-) That is a very funny episode!

Emily, I can't say that I've really noticed a real difference. This last month has been CRAZY, with many things happening, so maybe I feel less tired than I would have otherwise? I'm going to keep on taking them. I know they can't hurt!

Hubby and I started taking a multi-vitamin as per our doctor and we started off with a bang...but we have not been taking them lately. Your post is a good reminder that it's time for us to get back on track. : )

Oh...and I *love* the Lucy picture.

I've been taking "One A Day" for women. Everyone around me has been sick-and I've not gotten anything.
