~Live from my living room!~

Wow, who knew getting set up with wireless access in our house would be so difficult. Well, I guess the guy at Best Buy knew, because he wanted us to have the Geek Squad come to our house to install everything for us.

But things are working now, and this is great! Woohoo! =)

In other news, I finished my Monkey socks tonight, and they are blocking right now. I've never blocked socks before, but with this pattern, the socks definitely needed blocking. I'll take a picture tomorrow!

The leaves are gorgeous around here, and are starting to fall rapidly. We're pretty close to our first snow-fall. Today it was rain mixed with hail.

Well, I suppose this is enough "this and that". Have a great day!

Tammy, I can't wait to see pictures of your finished socks. I always enjoy seeing the socks you make! I'd love to learn how someday, but am a horrid knitter.....but I really enjoy seeing your projects.

Enjoy your wireless! Wow, SNOW?! We're just starting to feel Autumn finally in NC! I'm jealous - I wish it would snow a little more here.

I can't wait to see pictures of your monkey socks! I want to knit socks sooo badly, but I just learned to use dpns, so I'm not confident enough yet! I do have a work-in-progress picture up on my blog for my current project...a top-down knitted hat for my son. After I finish three more hats (one for each child), I think I'll be ready to tackle socks, lol.

A belated happy birthday to you! :o)

I look forward to a picture of your socks. I saw your lovely yarns; it looks like you're keeping yourself nice and busy while you await your sewing machine and sharp scissors. ;o)

We are just now starting to see a consistent change of leaves ... still lots of green though. When we lived in Maine we always had our first snow around Thanksgiving (usually before!). Enjoy your last days of autumn. :o)
