They are bamboo double-pointed needles, ranging in size from 2 to 6. I cannot wait to get them! I got an awesome deal on them too! Brand new they would have cost me around $40 to get all 5 sets, I'm paying only $18 for them. I'll be all set for sock needles!

I can't remember if I asked before...are bamboo ones better than other kinds (whatever they be)?
Bamboo needles are much nicer to use than the aluminum needles. :) I think you might have to sand them slightly to keep them smooth (I think I've seen that somewhere! LOL) but the one set I have is so nice to use! I really like them much better.
