~Sherbet Socks~

Yarn: Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock yarn, in Sherbet
Pattern: Child's First Sock from Knitting Vintage Socks by Nancy Bush
Needles: size 2
Pattern variations: The only thing I did differently was a few less pattern repeats for the cuff. I don't like socks to be super long!

I loved knitting this pair of socks! I was almost sad to finish them tonight. But now I'm totally happy because I've been wearing them all evening! They are so comfortable and the fit is incredible! Better than any of my other socks! I'm looking forward to trying more patterns from this book.

Your socks are beautiful and the color is so springy. Congrats on finishing them. I noticed that once I started wearing handknitted socks, I really did not like store bought ones any longer. I guess I will have to check out the book you knitted from.

I love the socks. You did a great job. Almost make me a little jealous but I know better. You are fortunate to have the gift of being able to knit.
Enjoy!!

awesome color (my favorite!) and cute pattern. I will have to see if Lamb's Ear carries that yarn.
