A Year of Color: Chestnut Brown

When I learned of the color for this week, I was sitting at my computer, wondering where I would find something chestnut brown. Then I looked up, and noticed the baseball stuff on the wall!

In color:

In sepia:

I think I like both pictures equally! I just discovered that my camera will take pictures in sepia, black and white, and many other ways as well!

The framed picture is of a baseball team that Kevin's great-grandfather was in.

My husband would just love a den with lots of his football memoribilia on the wall.

Good choice for chesnut brown.

Wow! You ALREADY found your chestnut brown! I LOVE the way sepia made the picture look.

I've decided I will normally post my Week of Color towards the end of the week (Friday maybe). That way I have all week to come up with something!

Good job for posting yours right off the bat! (HaHa..no pun intended.) :)

Love the sepia. Haven't figured that out on our camera, but was thinking of trying to do that for my girls portraits this year. (We'll see!!)
I loved your den decor from your house tour last week!!
Good job with the colors.

My camera does sepia pics too, but I had forgotten. Love that antique-y look!
